Hi, maybe you could help,,,I'm trying to loose about 30 lbs, I keep going over on my sugar goal, but never get close to my calorie intake, sometime I lie about what I eat so my friends don't yell because of my calorie intake being so low.
I work 3rd shift, so when I eat is really goofie...... Help0
