I know a lot of people eat back their workout calories.
But I don't always do it, I feel theres no point because then your just eating the calories you burned, making the work out pointless.

What are your veiws on this ? Do you eat them back? why or why not?

Feel free to add me!

Of course I eat them back, been losing weight faster since I started making sure I eat all my exercise calories. Why would I intentionally go hungry when I can eat? It's a no brainer for me.

MPF is designed to give you a healthy deficit of calories without working out. When you work out, you create a larger deficit, which is why MPF suggests you eat them back. So it is not pointless to eat them back.

I eat most of mine back. I tend to over estimate my food calories and under estimate my workout calories, and I dont' necessarily eat them all back. I am more concerned with fueling my body properly than I am with losing weight fast.

Also there is a lot more benefit to working out than just burning calories.
