Starting after a break during 30DS??

Hi, I had to take a break during the 30DS. I hurt my back and my shoulder so jumping jacks or anything like that was too painful. I feel better now and I want to continue. Since I took a 10 days off, should I restart on Day 1 Level 1 or can I continue where I was at, which is Day 1 Level 2??

I don't know...

  • I would do 1 - 3 days at Level 1 again, then go straight into Level 2. Just to make your body remember what it could do. But I wouldn't do more than 1 - 3 days at Level 1, considering you already know you can complete that circuit.
