I just wanted to say hello to everyone and share my story. It has been a long roller coaster ride for me but I finally made it to the end of the track. I created a blog to share my story, provided health information, and try to inspire others. So here is it:

I know it's not easy to reach your goal weight and keep it off but with a great circle of friends you can do it. Thanks to a great group of ladies in my fitness circle I was able to stay focused and made accountable for my progress. If it wasn't for them I know I would still be on the never ending roller coaster ride trying to get healthy. Feel free to share my blog and add me as I MFP friend if you need any motivation. I try my best to help others even via the net.

    Wow your photos are incredible, you look amazing!! I will have a read of your blog later too. You have a figure a bit like mine,curvy hips...similar shape to my own. Well done, I love these motivational stories, so inspiring.
