Nay,,,almost drowned using one
I literally almost spit my spaghetti onto my computer monitor reading this. REALLY?? Did you use 10 of them at one time or something?
I love my netti pot. Best invention ever, especially for us singers! Holy cow, couldn't make it through allergy and flu season without one. Though, swimming at the shore in the ocean water is a close second to a netti.0 -

I've never tried this device before....barely heard of it just a few weeks ago.
I can breathe fine, but I have constant pressure in the left side of my face and my ear is plugged.
There has to be something in my sinuses and connected to my ear causing the plug.
You think this would clear up my pressure and ear? Again, this netti-pot thing is forein to me lol0 -

This made me die of laughter. :laugh:0 -

There's a company that sells a solution called Alkaolol that is meant for Sinus Douching..I tried it once and it burned WAY too much.

the actual netti pot comes with a few packets of the saline solution, you can buy them seperatly too...but really, just a little salt and some warm water and tada...make sure you use clean water after you rinse with salt water, nothing sucks more than having salt boogers0 -
An enthusiastic yay, two thumbs up and a gold star! I love my Neti Pot (which is actually the Neil Med variety that implements a little water pressure as well as the saline solution).
I swear by it whenever I have a cold or allergies. I get over my congestion way faster than most people do - and without drugs! (Sudafed makes my heart race!)0 -
I got water stuck in my sunless for weeks.0

That has to be my problem! This has been going on for months and I really can't hear either. I'm going to buy one, why not!0 -
Never used one, but Ive seen my girl use them and they seem to really help0
-
yay... really clears out the sinus' and leaves me breathing so much better0
-
It is gross but sure helps. I use baking soda instead of sea salt,it doesn't burn the sinuses.0
