This morning marks the 6 week milestone for me. Started at 250.0 pounds. After week 5 brought my first stall (actually a 0.2 pound gain), this week, I dropped 5.6 pounds to find myself weighing in at 232.4 pounds.
I should easily make my intermediate goal of 230 by December 4th.
Running the DRC (Dallas Running Club) Half Marathon on Sunday. Gonna push myself for time.
