I need some good running books! I've already got Hal Higdon's "Run Fast" on my list to pick up, but would like some more. Books about tips and training or stories from various runners or anything! Suggestions please and thanks!!

    I've read...

    Run Less, Run Faster
    Long May You Run
and my fave... Run Like a Mother
  • Hugely agreed. Loved Born to Run. Also Run Less Run Faster by Runners world (forget the Author) and the Running book put out by The Running Room by John Stanton is like a runner's Bible.

Lore of Running by Tim Noakes is the Bible of running. But it is very detailed and not a casual read.

Thrive by Brenden Frazer is a great book about running, fitness, and nutrition. He is an Ironman Triathlete.
  • Born to Run.
