IMO, people should eat real food to try and fit their macros. Sometimes it's tough to get in enough protein. That's where supplements come in. Supplements should not replace real food.0

Just account for them and drink up. IMO, the only drawback is some of the noxious gas you produce.
If you mix it in milk, use lactose free milk. Also, regular Whey Protein has lactose in it, get Whey Protein ISOLATE instead. The Isolate version has no lactose.0
