So folks what do you do after a few days off the wagon to regroup? I had some high calorie intake days. Halloween candy was one of the culprits. I'm away from home and the candy now on a trip for work. I'm heading to the gym in a little while and fear the truth that the scale will tell me. Ugh I'd be so much closer to my goals if I could keep these de-railments at bay.

There is no real recovery for me...I have a bad day (it happens) and I shake it off and start fresh. Worry only makes this harder. Just focus on what can be done and stick with your goal!

In the past I would let a bad day, turn into a bad week... that would then be a bad month... journal, journal, journal... if it hits your lips, it hits your list. I am trying like mad to stick to the no BLT's... no bites, licks, or tastes, with out journaling it... I tend to be lazy, SO, if I think, man, I have to run and find my computer to log this... I will put it down, and not eat it!!! Ah, one of the up sides to being lazy!

Funny! Good ideas about journal discipline.
