Hi everyone! I'm keet, I'm 21 with 3 kids & 46 lbs to lose. I'm doing a 1200 cal diet
And just started the 30 day shred on nov.1. I'm in need of motivation & recipes & workout techniques because I get bored & unmotivated really fast. But I'm trying to do better this time around. So if anyone has any advice or suggestions I'll appreciate them

You've certainly come to the right place. MFP is great!
The only suggestion I have is: think about non-physical things to motivate you. What do I mean by that? Well, think about illnesses that come with being overweight. Premature death, etc. Yes, a little on the gloomy side, BUT it's motivation nonetheless.
I wish you well. You can do anything you set your mind to do. Go after it!!!!
