Hey Reds, we seem to be the only ones without daily active threads.

We're not losing interest, now are we?? :noway:

I need my butt kicked often to stay on track!!!!!
We started off so good the first 1.5 weeks, then we just fizzled out.

What's up with that??

I'm making a commitment to log in here atleast once a day to stay motivated.
I've been drinking my water and logging my food intake but I have to confess my workout haven't been all that.

So come on Reds, help me out here!!!

    Red Team for the week....

    Daily challenges:

    --challenge yourself to put your muscles to the test – do something that increases your agility. Try jumping, sprinting, hopping, or incorporate some skipping into your workout.

    --10-15 minutes gently stretching your whole body.

    Okay, I'll just keep talking to myself this morning.

    Well, I'm day 3 without caffeine and on day 4 of giving up carbonated beverages! Yay me!! :tongue:
    I've cut my sugar intake in half as well.

    I'm off to do the daily challenge!

    I am working on getting back into my exercise routine and making the numbers on my scale decrease. I will check back in once I do.

    Hi guys!! Its been a rough week (Husband moved out this week) but I have done good. Stayed within my calories. I actually am finding that I like taking 1 cup of something or counting out the serving size. I am confident knowing that I will eat again in two hours so I dont fill up. I havent had ice tea in at least over 2 weeks. That is HUGE for me. I am actually craving water. I am getting my workouts in but I dont think I am pushing myself-but I usually have 2 kids crawling around,under, behind me when I am working out! LOL Hope everyone has a good weekend!

    Hello RED Team!!

    I have been gone all morning and was just checking the boards, have to leave again in about 15 minutes to pick kids up from school, they are having an early out.

    I have been not so good this week also. I need a butt kicking also. I need to get going so I get my kiddos picked up. I will pop on and chat later.

    I agree with gingermoon! lets get this ball rolling!!!!! I have been busy with school and work but make a point to visit the site at least once a day. I have gotten control of eating habits and it is definitely helping! I have been working out consecutively the last 2 weeks at 6 days a week! im so proud of myslef! its such a great feeling to feel like you are getting somwhere! im going to jamaica on feb 11th for 5 nights and so I decided to order some new bikinis from yes.......victorias secret! wooooooooooohooooooooooooo!!!! they fit well and I feel comfortable in them! amazing! I hope that everyone keeps their motivations up and remember that if you are watching your calories and excercising, the scale can only move down!!!! lets kick some booty reds! we can all do this! we are a team!!!!

    I do admire all of you with kids.
    That you're able to handle all of their needs and problems and still find a few minutes of time for yourselves! :drinker:
    I have a hard enough time doing this stuff and all I have are animals, mind you there are 16 of them, but still not as hard as 1 child!


    Aodier..... I'm envious of your upcoming Jamaica trip ad so happy for your VS shopping!

    Now, if we can just get the rest of the red team on board!!

    Well I accomplished all my goals today and the day isn't even over:laugh:

    *65 minutes on the treadmill
    *30 minutes on the stationary bike
    *20+ minutes weight training
    *10+ minutes (this weeks goal of hopping, skipping or dancing around-you know the agility thing)
    *15 minutes stretching (oh that felt sooooo good) (also this weeks goal)
    *all my water consumed :drinker: :drinker:


    and for the grand finale I get to go out to dinner tonite for my :love: anniversary.....YIPPEE:bigsmile: :bigsmile: I surely saved my calories today for this dinner:smile:

    Life is good...hope all are doing well.

    Let's get that ROCKIN' RED TEAM ROARING again:heart:

    Had a great dinner and was glad that I did lots exercise that day.

    Yesterday I shovelled snow and did an hour trek on my snowshoes. What a super workout that is:happy:

    Today I worked out on the treadmill, stationary bike, Biggest Loser Boot Camp and stretching.

    Come on Red Team:heart: , let's rally the group and kick it in high gear:bigsmile:
