Support/Motivation for Students

I'm a graduate student and I haven't seen anything on this board that is a group specifically geared toward the graduate/undergraduate population.

If I started a challenge/accountability/encouragement/support group for anyone in college or graduate school, would there be anyone else interested in it?

Feel free to PM me, too! It doesn't have to be a weekly post on the boards or anything! :smile: I'm just looking for a way for students to support and encourage each other, since I imagine that a lot of us probably face the same challenges.

    I'd be up for it. I have ~18 lbs to lose and work part time as a waitres, have class 2 days a wk 8-5, and clinicals 2 days a wk 7-4

    In the summer I'll have clinicals 4 days a wk and every other saturday night plus classes and work so it is very hard to find time to workout, find healthy food that fills me up on the go, and track my food/exercise. A group to help me manage it all would be wonderful!!

    I'm a college student too. I know how hard it is to take time from studying to workout out. So yeah it would be great to have a support group!
