I am new at this so hopefully it will help with the weight loss. My weight has been up and down many times. I thought I had beaten it about 7 years ago, lost 125lbs and for someone who is only 4ft 11" that is an entire person. I am a 44 year old mother of 3 (two grown and one 11 year old). I also have 6 grandchildren and work a fulltime job, so you would think I would be very skinny. I found out that I have fibromyalgia two years ago and it has been an uphill battle, so many medication mess with your weight, not that I couldn't have been more careful. Finally medication is helping at control the symtoms, still have many bad days but getting better. I just want to loose weight to hopefully help the pain of my condition and become healthier. Anyone have suggestions I welcome them.

Here's my advice....Log in every day, everything you eat and exercise! Don't beat yourself up over any mistakes. You will not lose every week, take measurements! I do mine monthly. Make sure you are eating enough! Eat back some or all your exercise calories. This is a lifestyle change not a diet! Motivation comes from within, you have to want this badly enough to do the work and you will find a great support system here! Welcome to the journey!!
