Hey everyone!

I'm Evelyn, and I am new to Myfitnesspal! I recently decided to change my lifestyle (1 month ago to be exact), and I have already lost 13 pounds! My goal is to lose 100 by next October of 2012!

I'm looking for support, and I am hoping that others are looking for support as well!

    great job...just try not to go too fast, as then it is easier to put back on...

    In May of 2010 I was at my skinniest that I can remember at 145. That same month I got pregnant and all through my pregnancy I maintained my weight pretty well, the day I gave birth in February of 2011 I was 176... Unfortunately my boyfriend and I were not in the position to care for a child so we gave up our needs and put our sons first and found him a loving family to take care of him. It was the hardest decision that I have ever made, and I fell into a very deep depression afterwards. I am now at 187. So needless to say I have some pudge that I would love to get rid of... that is why I am here.
