Just started here! I have been trying to lose weight for a month - 3 pounds and then 1 back. I am exercising, journaling what I eat. I am getting very discouraged. I am seeing no more results. I joined myfitness and it actually dropped my calories from 1600 to 1350. I also exercise 3 times a week. Open to any suggestions. Did I say I was over 40...

Hi I'm new here as of yesterday. My girlfriend told me about this website and it is great so far. I just cancelled my Weight Watchers online. This is very similar and the best part, it's free0
