So I've been scouring the internet (mainly my favorite stores) for sales and clearance clothing. Mainly for clothes to fit me now, but keeping my eye out for cute stuff for when I reach my goal. So I found a nice pair of skinny jeans (yes, I recognize that not everybody like them but I do and that's what matters) so I bought them in my current size 8 and in one size down,6. Well, I went to put them on and talk about a struggle...so after shimmying into them squeezing myself almost in half to button them up (hello major muffin top!!!!) I was very upset with how tight they were....

Then the light bulb went on!

I checked my pile of "goal" clothes and sure enough I had grabbed the wrong pair of jeans! I was wearing the size 6 instead of the size 8! It probably would have felt more accomplishing if they had fit properly instead of way too small but they fact that I buttoned them made my day! And my best friends (once she stopped laughing at me of course).
