If you like a Thai peanut sauce, this is my favorite:

    1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sambal oelek or sriracha
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions, white parts only, minced (chop the green tops for garnish)

Just mix it all together in a saucepan, heat, and toss with your stir fry. I don't have the exact nutrition info handy, but when I add this to meat and vegetables for a meal, it's less than 350 mg per serving.

Home made chilli jam. This year I made it with dorset naga chillies so it has a serious kick.

I love stir fry veggies with "amoy chilli soy" sauce, you don't need much to spice it up

Thanks for all these stir fry ideas - I was looking for LOW CAL easy-to-make dinners and a nice stir fry with some of these ingredients sounds like a winner!

Oh and yes! C-O-C-K Sauce FTW!
