made some Chicken and Kale soup the other night. turned out awesome! figured you guys would like this now that we are getting into the winter months/flu season.
Swanson - 99% Fat Free Chicken Stock, 1 container (4 cups ea.)
Generic - Rotisserie Chicken Breast - 1/2, 12 oz
Kale - Cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 3 cup, chopped
Carrots - Raw, 3 medium
Onion - White - Medium, 1 Cup
Celery - Raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
