Anyone starting p90x?

I am starting p90x, for real, tomorrow. I am following the program exactly how it is layed out along with the nutrition plan. Anyone else want to join me? Add me as a friend and we can keep eachother accountable. I have another 40 pounds to lose, so I am not expecting to look like the other results pictures you might see, but I am expecting results.

I love to workout, so I am doing this for a couple of reasons:

1. To get results
2. To see what the results actually will be by following the program how it is designed, kind of an experiment.

It has my caloric intake rather high, but I might as well give it a shot. I will be on Phase 1, level 2 for the nutrition plan (fat burner stage)

  • I wish you luck, I tried it a few months back and realize I wasn't quite ready for the program. Mentally I have a hard time not trying to keep up with them despite the fact that I am not able too. After about 45 days of puking during every workout, I am now trying to get to the point where I can start it again.

The meal plan isn't hard to follow, we still use a lot of the foods.

I started p90x yesterday. I have lost 101 pounds in 9 1/2 months and looking to lose the last 26. Send me a request if you'd like.

Finishing up Week 3 (Lean Plan) here.

I'm not following the Nutrition Plan to the tee (lazyness and money is lacking) but I am keeping my carbs/protein/fats up which is what they stress the most.

I went from 100% out of shape into Insanity and straight from Insanity into P90X. Down 20 pounds and counting!
  • Thanks, I have had it for years and done all the workouts at some point, but never as the program was designed. I love the workouts and actually quit my gym and personal trainer because I felt I was getting just as good of a workout from p90x.

I teach group fitness 3 times a week, but will still stick to the p90x classic schedule. I will post pics, every 30 days! I would love to see anyone else's as well.
