Hi! I'm a newbie!!!
I'm a mother and wife. Kids are all involved in some sort of sport activity and I need to be doing something. 2011 has been a great year for me and accomplishing my goals. Now I want to add weightloss to those accomplishments. I have a desk job so exercise is not my strong spot even though I have a gym membership!!! I need some help. Any advice, recipes, workout routines, anything will help!!! So let's start this jouney!!!

Get your workout done while they are at practice. For example during my son's football season, i walk at the track while he is practicing on the field!
(we practice at a high school). I usually get about an hour of walking in!

YAY! I hope it works. It can kind of be motivating too, i think well if he can pratice 2 hours straight, i can at least do one hour!0
