    yes; everyday. although ive been struggling the last 3 days because ive had 1500+ calorie burns and its too hard for me to eat those 1500-1700 back, plus my regular 1400 calories.. normally i do not have such big calorie burns, but ive been stacking firewood and such.

    I'm on 1000cals per day, so most days I reach these easily. Sometimes if I do a lot of exercise I don't eat them back if I'm not hungry, but if I know I'm going out for a meal or fancy a treat then I can.

    I am actually finding these posts about not being able to eat 1200 calories very ironic. I am sure that people were eating more than 2500 calories a day every day for very long time and that is why they now find the need to lose some weight. I myself ate 3000 calories a day and no exercise before I started here. I find it easy to eat 1200 plus my exercise calories and sometimes even over. If you have kids I would bet there is no way in world you would feed your small children less than 1200 calories a day otherwise they would look and become very weak, so why do adults have to eat less?

    On most days I come close to eating my standard calories, and my exercise calories. On weekends I get a lot more exercise (gardening, walking), so on weekends it is more likely that I won't eat all my "exercise calories".
