New and struggling! :-(

Hi my names Lauren I'm 19 and I weigh 106kg. I've always been quite big but over the past year or so I've really piled it on. I hate vegetables and I'm overly lazy. I'm currently unemployed as I'm caring for my disabled son so I'm in the house alot. I have a weakness for chinese sadly too. Just looking for tips and anyone who can help! Many thanks x

    When I first started losing weight I was 104kg, so I know how you feel!

    Just start off by changing small things. Work on your diet first, try and eat well most of the time but allow yourself a treat every now and then. Drink LOTS of water! Track your food daily so that you are held accountable for what you eat.

    Can you take your son for walks in the pram? It's amazing how some fresh air can make you feel so much better and put things into perspective.
    You just have to remember that you CAN do this, make a list of your goals and try your hardest to make them happen.
