Hello, I'm new to MFP community!

Just a quick hello, I'm new to the MFP community!
I started using MFP properly on Monday so I've been tracking cals and exercise now for 5 days!
My start weight was 165 lb and my goal weight is my pre-pregnancy weight of 134 lb.
I'm hoping to lose 1 lb a week as I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 3.5 month old daughter so don't want to do anything that will upset or have a negative effect on her!
I would love a diet buddy who has the same sort of goal, just to share weigh in's etc as I find it hard to stay motivated on my own, so please feel free to friend me with a message.
