Im kinda MFP Newb !

I like to excerise currently do about 60 - 70 mins most of it running adding to approx 500 Cals per session.

I have given myself a daily calorie limit to 1200 Cals a day.

I have been using it now to two days and i have approx 200 - 300 Cals left over per day


So does this mean that i add these up to calculate my total loss

OR

If i just stick to eating the 1200 Cals a day will i loose weight anyway???

    If I understand correctly, than eating 1200cal does not include exercise.. so if u exercise than u can eat back those calories and still lose 1-2lbs a week
