I was out walking the dog and my mechanic/friend saw me and came out and said wow you lost some weight. Felt so good he was the first.

YEAH!!! my friends say the same thing, but I'm not sure they mean it because they see me all the time and they know I am trying to lose weight. I can't wait to see someone I haven't seen in months!0
