Salmon au poivre

4 (4 oz) salmon fillets i inch tick (skin removed)
2 tblspn pf lemon juice
1 lg garlic clove minced
1/2 tspn salt
3 tblspn pepper

in large bolw add lemon juice and garlic...add salmon cover both sides and let sit 5min.

spread pepper in plate then press salmon into pepper,

Grill or cook salmon 5 min each side until opaque.
