Hello anyone that is listening
I'm am a new stay at home mommy that needs to find motivation. I've always had a very active full time job, so having to find the time in my life to actually exercise, is just so different for me. I have always had a drive to stay fit and thin but as I get older my priorities have shifted. As well as being new at the home life thing, I'm also new to the to Seattle/Kent area in Washington. So any tips or shout outs would be greatly appreciated
THANKS!!

If you want to find the time you will. I work nights. (7 pm til 7 am.) I work out in the mornings when I get off work or in the afternoons before I go to work.0
