Throw the candy and chips away, make sure you have healthy things to snack on when you get the urge. Baby carrots, almonds, things like that, apples and peanut butter. My problem is when I am bored I go to the kitchen, but you can't eat what isn't there. So get rid of all the junk food! I let me kids have the cupcakes we baked for 2 days, what was left got trashed. Out of sight, out of mind. That has really helped me. Good luck!0

you have to be strong minded but you are allowed to have a day or two to treat yourself otherwise you lose the will to do and keep it up but if your going to have days like that then you are setting yourself up to fail all the time try making your food list for the day and stick to it if you feel the need to fill your face try water but at the end of the day its you that control what you do so good luck. if you want to add me as a friend you can see how I did it.0

I like to eat, too.... go outside and play with the kids, go for a walk, plan a short run. If you want the chips, put ONE serving in a small bowl and sit down to eat them and go log them on your food page immediately. I know it's hard, and we all fall down at times... get up and start again. You can do it! :flowerforyou:0

Best thing you can do is find an activity to keep your mind off of work and food. I love to eat too and that is one of my biggest struggles also. Get all the bad foods out of your house and replace them with more sensible snacks. YOU CAN DO THIS!! Keep you head up and strong.0

^^^ what they said ^^^
For this to work it isn't as much about denying ourselves something as it is making a replacement.
As a habitual eater (which I still am), I substituted Water in the place of Sodas, and Lo-cal fruit and vegetables or lo-cal mints for 'have to put this in my mouth'.
SWAP IT, DONT STOP is something I subscribe to on facebook for example.

If the junk is in the house you will eat it. Get it out and replace with healthy snacks and soon the cravings will stop. It's up to you though. No one else has the power. Good luck.0

I eat constantly too!! My trick is just to keep food around that I can eat a lot of.,. watermelon, baby carrots or I make kale chips. I don't know if you've had these, but they are very good. Just rip up kale in bite size pieces. Put them on a baking sheet with some cooking spray and kosher salt and bake for 15 min or so. One day I ate these all day... never stopped lol. Lost 3 lbs the next day lol. Anyhow, good luck. You can do it!!0
