    Wow MFP friends that's some aswome breakfast/dinner... Now what's going to be for LUNCH?....Me its going to be 1/2 cup of cottage cheese steam brown rice with mix veggies and a BIG PEAR...YUM YUM :)

    Sounds really healthy and balanced, good for you! I'm having left over scallops and brussel sprouts - leftovers from last night :) Have a fabulous day!!

    Breakfast~ Fiber One Cereal, Blueberries, 1% Milk

    Snack(right now)~ Fiber One Brownie (are we seeing a trend here?)

    Just did JM Banish Fat DVD and finishing 1st bottle of Water

    Lunch~ Spinach Salad with chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing and Watermelon. Oh, and my beloved Green Tea!

    For breakfast I had an Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake, Creamy Milk Chocolate. I had Cheerios last night and didn't want to eat that again this morning. :)

    I'll have some carrots in about another hour. Definitely need to go grocery shopping!

    For lunch I think I'll be at Subway again. Instead of the Oven Crisp Chicken I'm going with the Oven Grilled Chicken and will add the Apple Crispz.
