Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a member for a while now, but just started using the message boards.

I have three children under the age of 21 months--one 21 month old toddler and almost 6 month twins! I'm ready to get my body back and am almost there.

I am 5'2" and weighed 145 at the end of pregnancy with the twins, goal weight is 105 (my pre-preg weight). Right now I am 116. Encouragement needed!

I eat well but exercising is often a challenge since I do not have ANY time. I used to work out 6-7 days a week for 60 min, and right now my goal is 5 days a week for 45 min while they all nap.
