Anybody up in the NW U.S.???

I don't really want to be up. I HATE earthquakes. :noway:

I was peacefully sleeping when the bed started shaking, the heavy closet doors started rattling.

4.5 magnitude, about 30+miles deep and 10 miles from here.

Xanax and yogurt for breakfast. And only 3.5 hours sleep.:grumble:

Kitty-cat still hiding and won't come out over an hour later..............

I am not a morning person.

Wow, what a rude start to your day! I'm glad you (and kitty!) are fine though. Well, exercise is a great stress-reliever (NOT what you wanted to hear first thing in the morning, eh?!) I know, I know...I had to motivate though. ;-)

Stay safe! Maybe you can catch a nap later?

I live in Washington State and I thought we might have had an earthquake this morning. I was sitting on the toilet and my shower door started shaking but I think it was just caused by the upstairs neighbor shutting their door hard.

Hmm, maybe it was an earthquake that caused my shower doors to shake. I was reading that there was a 4.5 earthquake northeast of Seattle this morning and it was around the time I would have been in my bathroom.

oohh, I don't what it is, but Earthquakes Fascinate me. I lived on the West coast of BC on Vancouver Island for 19 years. Now I live in Calgary and it is sooo boring most days. Earthquakes liven things up, provided they don't do considerable Damage or injure anyone.

I hate earthquakes. I never experienced one until I moved to Washington State. When we had the big one several years ago, I was ready to take my happy butt back to Illinois where we only have to worry about tornadoes.
