Natural Sugar... Help?

My sugar count is consistently over. But, most of it is natural sugars (i.e. fruit) I'm allowed 24 sugar according to MFP, but I just logged my breakfast (Special K with a banana) and a snack I'm planning on having later (Wheat Thins w/ laughing cow cheese wedge), and I'm ALREADY at 34 sugars. This is before logging lunch, dinner and a snack #2 (if I have one).... I know the sugar will go down as I exercise later, but are these sugars actual sugars I should be cutting back on? Or, is MFP just picking on me and making it look bad because I like natural sugars?

In the end, it's your calories that matter.

I don't worry too much about sugar from fruits. I average about 200 grams of sugar each day and about 90% of it is from fruit.

I exercise a ton and keep my calories in check and I've been able to lose weight pretty easily.

sugar is sugar, it just matters how sensitve your body is, if you are losing fine at what you are doing, don't sweat it.

if you are not possible adjust your eating

I wouldn't worry about it personally.

I usually only eat fruits, veggies, poultry, fish and potatoes/corn cakes so nothing processed or artificially sweet at all and my sugars are generally at least 70g a day, sometimes over 90g!!

It's all from fruit and carrots and I've never felt better!

Don't worry too much about natural sugars found in whole foods like fruit, milk, etc. However, too much sugar (natural or refined) can have negative side effects on your weight loss progress. Limit fruit to 2 servings per day. A serving is generally considered to be 3/4 cup of cut-up fruit or about the size of a tennis ball.
