Has anybody tried carb cycling? Low carb (less than 50g), no carb (less than 20g), high carb (approx 150g), repeat. I don't have a ton of fat to lose, ideally 15 lbs, but I'll take anything! If anybody has tried this, how did it work for you?

I try to go low carb (120g or less) on rest days and higher carb (300g +) on workout days. I've never felt any change between the days.

you'll probably gain everything back after you're done
I have tried it and honestly I believed it did help me lose weight but i think it does more damage to the body and you risk gaining back after you're off the diet. Just go with a diet you can follow all year long. Again I'm hoping you wanna lose it and keep it off, and eventually you'll have to get off the carb cycle.
i'm an aspiring bodybuilder so I gain and lose all the time and have tried many different ways :)

@columbianwarrior, I read this was mostly for bodybuilders, but I figured I'd give it a try just to tone up even though I am nowhere near a bodybuilder. I think this is something I could keep up with, and not be 'done' if it is working. Although I'm not sure how long it would keep working. I'm pretty sure I wrecked my metabolism by not eating enough last year, and I'm looking for a way to get it back on track, any ideas?
