Hello, I have recently found this thing called a "health monitor".. It's not a HR monitor, it measures other things like sleep duration and efficiency, daily caloric expenditure & intake & physical activity, how many steps you have taken ect... You upload periodically its data on your computer. It really sounds awesome but I was curious to see if anyone on here had one and is it worth paying a higher price for this or just stick with a regular HRM?... Can anyone shed some light for me please? ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Yes - I have a Bodymedia Fit - and absolutely love the information I am getting - most importantly it shows me how active I really am - and how many calories I burn every day......according toball the tables my "maintenance" calories are between 1900 and 2100 calories - well my BM shows that even with no "extra" exercise I burn around 2500 calories a day.....so I was constantly "under eating...."0
