I'd substitute the turkey bacon th_yuk.gif with piggy bacon  though.

Kinda defeats the purpose, huh?

I saw Oprah the other day and they said that between Turkey Bacon and real Bacon that real Bacon is better for you? Apparently Turkey bacon has way more sodium and chemically products. I had no idea!
  • Eat the real bacon. I saw a show on the history channel about how they make turkey bacon ... it was probably one of the more disgusting things that I have ever seen!!!

In the book eat this not that he suggest that you eat pork bacon instead of turkey as the turkey bacon contains alot of sodium. I thought turkey was healthier but guess not.
