I've been stuck at 170 for almost 2 weeks now! i need help. I've been eating pretty good and exercising. Do you think my body is getting used to my exercising?! I drink about 10 glasses of water every day and i stick to my calories. any suggestions?

it is sible that your body is adjusting to your exercising especially if you havent changed the routine in a while. Try changing your routine and duration0

I am having the same issue, someone said based on my diary that it is possible wasn't eating enough calories. He advised eating you exercize calories0

When your body gets used to a routine, it maintains. Eat more calories some days, less others. Do a different exercise than you've been doing.
Also, if you've been netting under 1200 calories, your body may not be getting enough sustenance, which is unhealthy and often stalls weight loss. Best of luck!0 -
