Hi, i had my bypass on October 24th and just got to the thrilling stage of mush!! Still very confused by labels and
trying to avoid "dumping" madly. Just starting to get some energy but not alot. Looking forward to a future where i eat to live not live to eat!! But it seem a long long way off
