I am so happy, I exceeded my exercise minute and calorie goal for the week, and I still have one day of exercise to go in this week! I am so proud of myself, I remember when I first started on September 5, 2011, I could not even exercise 5 minutes before being exhausted!!!! I could not even walk to my mailbox, which is like maybe 10 feet away without my back and legs hurting, and being totally spent! I walked for 30 minutes, which equaled 3022steps, 222 calories, and 1.5 miles today and feel GREAT!!!! :laugh:

OMG...just said that. I did 40 minutes of aerobics this morning instead of the usual 30. Feel great! I'm paying more attention to the recovery time and that is totally getting shorter and shorter!

congrats! i remember 2 years ago almost it took me almost 3 months to build up the endurance to complete 1 mile walking w/o taking any rest breaks. took me almost 45 mins but I still did it w/o stopping to rest once!0
