I recently started a position teaching in the health department at a community college. I am not used to be the most out of shape person at work and it has been hard on my self esteem. I had a baby almost 2 years ago and still have 10 pounds to lose before reaching my pre-baby weight. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and to run a half marathon this May. We are planning on a second child but it is hard enough to eat healthy and find time to exercise with one so I am hoping to be proactive with the next and not gain the 45 pounds I did with my first child.

Welcome and good luck. If you log on everyday, eat clean and stick to your goals you'll lose all you want and more. :drinker:0
