I need help getting back on track!

Its hard to get back on track once you have lost focus for awhile. I haven't been on here much because I am so busy but I still manage to hit the gym once a week. I got into the habit of drinking sprite because I work two jobs and I go to school FULL time (graduate in May). It’s hard to find places that serve caffeine free tea and stuff. I am always on the go so I think I am going to go back to what I did over the summer. I will constantly have a water bottle with me. Having no time to eat is also a huge issue for me. When I do eat, its only vegetarian food or snack foods. Being so busy sucks because that is why it’s so hard for me to be on here every day like I was over the summer. Hopefully my bf will help me cuz he is a nutritionist and he trains pro athletes like boxers and such. I’ll have him make me a diet list. I did manage to buy weight watchers cheese spread and I put that on like wheat thins. It tastes good because it’s only a wedge. I am also going to the store and stocking up on Yoplait Light yogurt, Luna bars and Fiber one Bars!

Any OTHER suggestions for me to get back on track.

I'm having issues too. My biggest issue is that I just cannot get motivated. I know i feel better when I eat right and exercise, but the junk food just tastes so good! I am about halfway to my goal and feel so much better about myself that I've just kind of fizzled out. I don't feel as good as I probably could if I reached my goal, but I just keep dragging my heels!
Have you tried setting mini goals? I have found that has helped me get started...if I just take it one step at a time it helps.
