low or even no sodium snacks and meals?

I find that I struggle keeping under my sodium, and I hate water weight. Most days I am able to, but I'm in college and a lot of my meals are premade/processed so it's harder sometimes. Right now I have 330 calories left but almost no sodium (I pre-recorded some meals early because I'm going out to dinner with a friend tonight)

What can I eat for those 300 calories that has no sodium? Or just a little sodium? Any good meals I can cook as well? Thanks guys!

If you are eating clean the you should not be getting that much sodium.
Watch canned broths, canned or bottled tomatoes, salad dressings, sauces and gravy. When you cook meats, fish and veggies add salt free seasoning or lemon.
any Processed foods will kill you with sodium every time. :drinker:

Raw veggies and water are the lowest sodium foods. You could have a salad with oil and Vinegar
Here is a site that has low sodium recipes.

plain quaker rice cakes have zero sodium
  • Look for things that say no added salt. Most canned veggies, fish, beans all add salt. Most things have some sodium in them which isn't bad, but it is the added sodium that is the killer.
  • Oatmeal with milk! (:

Snyders of Hanover makes unsalted pretzel minis. 30g, 110 calories, and very little sodium.
