Subway House sauce

I went to put it Subway house sauce, as I'll be having that for dinner tonight, and it said 110 cal for 21 grams. How many tbsp is that? I know they're two completely different units of measurement, but I just need a rough estimate so I don't think I'm having 110 cals, when I'm really having a lot more!
