I was wondering if anyone has overcome the yo yo dieting. I'm really good at losing 5 pounds and then quitting. I've lost and regained the same five pounds about twenty times this year. maybe if i lose a certain number I won't quit. Any thoughts?

I hate to be rude but, you have to want it bad enough to keep trying when you fail.0

Set a bigger goal and don't think you've arrived! The hardest part of weight loss is keeping it off. You have to change your thinking...so, instead of losing 5 lbs and celebrating make your goal seeing how long you can keep it off! and you'll probably lose more weight if you need to.0
