Normally I do the whole thing, but today I am doing a hill walk and my first session of C25K. Want to do the strength parts of 30DS later but unsure what that would be logged as, give it isn't really circuit training without the cardio and abs sections.
Any ideas??

I would still log it as circuit training for the amount of minutes that you do it. So many of the strength moves are combo moves (like squats with lifting your weights above your head) and she does say many times that you burn more calories doing that than if you were just doing the squats or just doing the arm raise moves.
At least thats what I do for her other dvds when I mix and match circuits. The calorie burn seems to be quite reasonable for what I'm doing.0 -
I agree with Saffyra...circuit training for ___ minutes.0
