And my first NSV so far!
I try to gym 2-4 times a week and have been doing for about a month now.
My pet hatred has been the elliptical/cross trainer! I just can't stand to be on it for more than 5 minutes... well... until today! Today I doubled my usual and was at OVER 10 minutes because I got distracted watching a new music video!
Now I've hit 10 once I know I'll have to make myself hit it every time! And hopefully in another month be adding 5 or even 10 minutes to that!
Is this a sign of my health improving??? 4 weeks ago I would have been too tired and angry to even notice the music video never mind get distracted by it =D
Now to improve my performances on the other machines.... =P

Nice! You get used to it after awhile. Keep bumping up the time when you start getting used to. I've been at it for so long I can do 45 minutes no problem. But I most definitely could not do that at first. Keep it up!0

Increased stamina is absolutely an indicator of improved health. Well done!
It's so exciting when you hit a new milestone, it just goes to show how much hard work really pays off! Keep up the fantastic work, I can't wait to hear more about your progress!0 -
That's so awesome!
I remember the first time I even tried the elliptical, I thought I was going to die! Turns out, the first 5 minutes were the worst, after you got over than hurdle, it's no problem!
Keep up the good work0
