carbs are my enemy...

I manage to stay under my calorie goal just about everyday but I seem to go over on carbs. Does anyone else do this? Should I manually increase my daily carb allowance or try to stick to what MFP says I should go by?
PS - I'm a lacto - ovo - vegetarian. But I don't like green vegetables either...

If you're still losing weight, I wouldn't worry about it. Once you hit a true plateau then its time to change that.0

Unless it's medically necessary to watch your carbs (read:diabetes or other issues)...Carbs are not your enemy. Try adjusting your goals. From the home page go to goals ----> change goals, then adjust your % as necessary0

I go over my carbs too but I don't worry about it as long as I'm eating a healthy variety of foods. Being vegetarian means you have to be more careful that you aren't making up for the lack of meat by eating extra bread and pasta. As long as you're eating vegetables, fruits, beans, and veggie proteins you should be fine.0

I would say yes. Im assuming that you are going by mfp's guidelines? If you getting too many carbs then you are lacking in protein and fat. Protein and fat are the essential and most important ones.0

Fat is essential. Dietary fat doesn't make you fat. Eating more calories than you burn makes you fat. Seriously take a look at your protein and fat intake and make sure you are getting enough.0 -

Heya! Yep, over my cals most days. But I'm still losing weight regularly so actually, me and my carbs are sticking together! Yummm...
If that changes then I'll re evaluate.
