Crazylizz, you CAN do this! I have always made one excuse after the other for not exercising and getting into shape. I began this healthy lifestyle change in January of 2011. Then I started the C25K program in April and ran my first 5K in July. Running a 5K is something I was always told I could never do because of a medical condition I have. Since July I have run 3 5K's! I just love it. And I just printed forms for a holiday 5K T-Day weekend! I will never be the fastest or ever finish in the top 5 or 10 or whatever, but I can finish and I can finish stronger than I did the last time! And that's what you can do too--set a goal and achieve it...just for YOU! :happy:0
