I found making a menu for the day is easier if I start with the things I know I will want to snack on, LOL!! Then, I build my main meals around those. If my meals add up to more calories than I would normally have, including my exercise calories, I add in 10 or 20 minutes of workout. Or, I can drop "off" some of the food portions. One of my fave snacks is popcorn, so I could cut back on a cuppa that, or one less cracker with peanut butter:)

Hope this helps someone that might be struggling with the meal planning:) Write me if I can help because Im pretty good at this it seems. Bout time I was good at something:laugh:

I do this too. If I know DH and I are going to have a popcorn & a movie night I plan for it. I only like mine oil popped with alittle bit of real butter so I have to save calories for it. But for me it's worth it because I love popcorn so much.

But I do it with other things too. I like to have a snack at night so I always make sure I leave calories for it.

Right on! Contrary to some "popular" belief, losing weight is not some sort of "sick" self-torture:wink::laugh: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
