    -coffee
    -yogurt/oatmeal (one or the other just about every day, once I start working out I'll probably have both)
    -almonds/cashews
    -sriracha
    -greens of some sort

    A premade salad from Trader Joe's

    My entire diet consists of something purchased at Trader Joe's. It's much easier to keep my sodium intake down when I shop there exclusively :)

    The only things I consume every day are milk (Grass Point's 2%) and water.

    I have my work day staples, but weekends i tend to be different, and some days my breaky changes if i run out of time.

    i have cereal with skim milk
    yoghurt (sually forme no fat)
    sandwhich (ham or peanut butter)
    fresh veggies for lunch which always includes cucumber, but also is usually carrot, capsicum, corn, cabbage, beans
    apples
    and again carrots with dinner, and usually beans and broccoli
