Turkey Meatloaf
Foster Farms - Fresh Ground Turkey Breast, 48 oz (3lbs).
**2 Costco packs out of the 4 pack**
Uncle Ben's - Fast & Natural Whole Grain Instant Brown Rice, 4 cup cooked
**1 cup uncooked added to mixture (makes 4 cups cooked)
S&W Premium - Organic Ready-Cut Diced Tomatoes , 1.8 cup
**1 can drained**
Ortega - Diced Green Chiles, 8 tbsp
**I small can**
Lucerne - Large Egg, 2 egg

In large mixing bowl add everything above then I eyeball the rest...add fresh or dried onion, fresh or dried garlic, pepper, and sometimes parsley flakes. The rice puffs up and cooks in the oven.
Cook for 45-60 min in oven at 350. ...you'll know when it's done...it browns.
Makes 12 servings. Aprox 200 cal per serving!!
